I am a clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based treatment to adults, children, and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with a broad range of issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I have specialty training in the treatment of eating and weight disorders which allows me to offer my clients a unique perspective as an expert in the implementation and practice of family-based treatment for anorexia nervosa and bulimia. I aim to help my clients develop skills to address struggles with weight, eating behavior, body image, and self-confidence.

I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment within my practice. Working together, we will address concrete issues and develop strategies to improve your quality of life. Utilizing a non-judgmental approach, I employ techniques that involve gradual exposure to challenges faced in day-to-day life and aim to build resiliency.

By practicing both in hospital and private settings, I have handled a diverse caseload. I am confident that together we can tailor a way to address your specific concerns.
